In 2020, Leah Fellows of Blue Gypsy, Inc alongside Denim Marketing and Melinda Brody & Co., performed a secret shop to determine the strengths and weaknesses of builders’ online sales programs. 50 builders were hand selected and were evaluated on a 30-day time period. The goal was to access whether the builders had online sales counselors (OSC’s) or not and to study the speed, frequency and diversity in the follow-up plans that were put in place at each builder.
