The Book Is Out, Builders Are Buying, and IBS Is Around the Corner
It’s finally here! My new book, Attract, Engage, Convert is now available on Amazon and I couldn’t be more excited!
This book is for builders, OSCs, marketing teams, sales leaders, and anyone trying to make sense of what really works and how to set up a successful OSC program. It’s built from nearly two decades in the trenches, helping builders and OSCs create meaningful, intentional online sales programs. And it was a labor of love.
Even better, builders are already buying copies for their OSC teams. That’s exactly what I hoped for. A practical, real-world guide that individuals and teams can use to strengthen their process, improve their engagement, open communication between marketing and sales, provide insights to leadership, and ultimately convert more digital leads into buyers.
And yes, I’m also already sketching out what’s next: a companion playbook that goes hand-in-hand with the book. Something practical. A daily-use guide that includes scripts, workflows, timelines, and checkpoints. Less theory, more action. A real desk tool for OSCs who want structure and consistency in their process.

Attract, Engage, Convert is being picked up by Builder Books, the official bookstore of the International Builders’ Show (IBS). You’ll be able to grab a copy this year at IBS in Orlando. I also have a couple of book-signing events taking shape. I’ll have more information soon!
More great news! For the 8th year in a row, I’ll also be speaking at the IBS. (February 2026, don’t miss it!) This year’s session is with two of my Rockstar OSCs Felicia Berry from Viera Builders in Florida, and Ryan Schultz from Korndoerfer Homes in Wisconsin. Our session, CTRL+ALT+CONNECT: How OSCs Use AI & Empathy to Reboot the Sales Journey, will be part of the newest format on the Sales & Marketing Track, The AI & Tech Studio.
We’ll give real actionable ideas to integrate AI and OSC Empathy together to streamline systems, create a strong personal touch, and get the most ROI out of our leads.
