What’s Happening: Events in September

September is always a busy time of the year! But lots of conferences, summits, webinars and podcasts have recently been released or are coming soon in the month of September, which is always great for learning and industry education. I’m lucky enough to participate in some of them!

Now through the end of the year,  SEBC  –  This year the Southeast Building Conference went virtual and has all their education available through the end of the year. There are some amazing speakers sharing great insights, ideas, and observations about the building industry. September 11, 2020 Vision: is A Game Changer Webinar – I have the pleasure of presenting with Ben Marks owner of Melinda Brody & Company on the amazing monthly webinar that Kimberly Mackey, founder and marketing management consultant of New Homes Solutions Consulting and Carol Morgan president of Denim Marketing have been providing free to the industry. We will be discussing the results and insights of a recent 30 day mystery shop that Melinda Brody & Company, Blue Gypsy Inc. and Denim marketing put together of 50 builders across the country and examined their follow up.

September 16, Atlanta Real Estate Forum – I get to talk with Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick about Online Sales Counselors, and the importance of the role for any new home builder. We also touch a bit on some of the statistics from the recent mystery shop and discuss some learning outcomes.

September 29-30, TecHome Builder Online Summit – Another great free summit chalked full of industry experts!  I’m excited to present on Adapt or Be Left Behind – Lessons Learned from Online Sales Counselors with my friend Ingrid Prince an Online Sales expert in the industry.
