September 11, 2020 Vision: is A Game Changer Webinar – I have the pleasure of presenting with Ben Marks owner of Melinda Brody & Company on the amazing monthly webinar that Kimberly Mackey, founder and marketing management consultant of New Homes Solutions Consulting and Carol Morgan president of Denim Marketing have been providing free to the industry. We will be discussing the results and insights of a recent 30 day mystery shop that Melinda Brody & Company, Blue Gypsy Inc. and Denim marketing put together of 50 builders across the country and examined their follow up.
September 16, Atlanta Real Estate Forum – I get to talk with Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick about Online Sales Counselors, and the importance of the role for any new home builder. We also touch a bit on some of the statistics from the recent mystery shop and discuss some learning outcomes.
